Best way to fix the roof, is to remove the entire lining. It's a bit of a pain in the arse, but once it's out you can peel off the material, and glue on some new material of your choice.

And the auto... well, you're looking at quite a bit of money if you pay someone else to do everything. Stage 2 shift kits will set you back around $400 installed with a 1/2 servo piston, and will only make a slipping gearbox fail sooner - so you're looking at just dropping an entire 2nd hand transmission in and getting that kitted. Rebuilds are expensive :)

superows are illegal, mine wouldnt pass a road with supers as the K frame was way too low... thats on stockies, 18's sit it legal.

Pull The whole lining out and use spray on contact adhesive to restick the roof lining, do it in halfs as youll sun out of time(re drying) to do the whoe thing at once.

Threres a how to around here some where.

Auto, itll cost anywhere from $700 to $2000 for auto rebuilds depending on what you have done.

Another auto can be sourced fro the $350mark.

    aZk.

Can vouch for that. I got a stage 1 shift kit (only because they woudn't warrant a stage 2 or 3) corvette servo and full rebuild (inc torque converter) I also had a heavy duty drive shell fitted and a transmission cooler. Total $2600. IMO I think I got a good deal, all was done in 4 or so days.
