FFS! Tboned in my 08 ve, driver side roof and seat airbags deployed.uninsured,at fault, still owe $

Im in a bad situation. Uninsured, at fault and still owe about 8k on the finance, airbags deployed driver side roof and drivers seat. Need new doors. Im in 2 minds about what to do. Ive ultimately gotta fix the thing if im still paying for it off otherwise iv got a car I cant sell once its paid off. I need to know if I get my hands on a new module and airbags can they be installed without fault? And how much will it cost roughly? Please help me!! To top it all off the car that hit me was a new audi and I dare say hes already filling in the paperwork.

if you cant afford insurance , you cant afford not to have it
bottom line, your car sounds like a write off, if both doors probably b pillar as well
by the time the audi driver has finished i think you will be parting your car out to try to pay some of their bill
as someone who has been hit by an uninsured driver, i dont have much sympathy for you
sorry to be brutal but 3rd party insurance should be compulsory

If you don't want to fork out the cash to fix it, then possibly the only option if you wanna make some good $$ back, is to sell off the parts from the car. Engine, trans, diff, interior, steering, wheels, electronic components, computer etc. You can make very good money being a DIY wrecker. Otherwise a wrecker would buy it off you for $1000.

Finance company require you to be insured to protect there investment.
You could skip the country and leave your problems behind.
This is why you should not finance a car. If you cannot afford it you cannot have it. Simple.
