AWESOME TO KNOW. thanks lol. if things get bad i may be in contact with you im liking the sound of that. i did have some, but theyre a few thousand kilometres away in another country i used to live in lol. wasnt gonna risk shipping them back lol
dude what in the hell possesed u to give away that much money to a fruit cake... theres only a few people i have lent money to in the past and ive known them for decades ... any others i tell to go see a bank coz if they cant pay the bank pay how can they pay u back... but yea i hope it all works out for u...
ok update. spoke to the solicitor. turns out the bitch called my solicitor, and claimed that i only lent her $1200, and that ive been posting stuff about her on the net (im guessing this thread?). i dont get it. she admits to him that i lent her money, but lies about how much, when its obvious i have financial records for everything. obvious shes getting scared. my solicitor thinks it could cost thousands to go to court, so if it comes down to that, ill try add that onto the money she owes me. ive been advised to gather all evidence and give it to the solicitor so he can send a second letter of demand, to prepare for court. i really hope this goes my way and costs her heaps in the end.
she signed up in here a month or 2 ago and started posting things about me along wiith xcop5l and lowvh6. if she tries to get me for slander, i got plenty against her too, so i dont think i need to be worried there
Unless you named her or otherwise identified her I wouldn't worry about it. Don't name names or even allude to who he/she is. Reaper
ok ill keep that in mind. im just bloody sick of her **** and have gotta find a way to fix this without costing me heaps. this thread has been a good help so far
Hey stocky, you said in a previous post that you got the bank to do a trace on which account the money got deposited into. Did you ever find out the results??
yeah they sent me a letter back saying that they couldnt get the money back. it went into her account though. just another lie to screw me over
That's what I would be doing, it would be silly not to get her for the interest as well. Also, can't courts give an order to garnish someone's wages? ie. when this woman earns money, an amount is automatically deducted and paid to you?
Chances are if she did front to a lawyer or court, her lawyer would want to settle without entering the court room. As a settlement you would make that one of the terms that repayments are taken out of her wages. But cos i and you both dont think she will front court it will be a tedious drawn out affair, but the law will be on your side and will eventually result in you getting some money back and distroying her credit until the debt is repayed.
Yer you win.. but still it doesnt make getting the money any easier. Just more money to your lawyer when you need to go back to court to set more drastic measures into action.
