Finding housemates

don't let deadbeats in who won't clean up, can't pay rent and have no life so they sit around watching tv all day putting chips and other foodstuffs all over the couch and carpet.

sounds obvious but it's tough to find good housemates. contacts through friends is a better bet than ads in the paper i found.
