    • For Wet weather traction?
    • For Wear?

    any reason why those two make / model of tyres? what size?
    I can speak of Kumho's - had ecsta before - soft compound - more performance rather touring tyre.
    I have never had Firestone's before,

    Well I had to narrow it down. I had a few tyres to choose from, but I have managed to get it down to these two. THe wide ovals, because all the tyre stores rant about them. The Kumhos because my old car had kumhos, powermax mind you, but they were still good.

    235/40R18 is the size I'm looking at
