First time camping

I bought a cheap tent and sleeoing a few years ago when i first went camping and I'm still using them now tent cost $30 and sleeping bag cost me $20.. If your not cooking just make sure you have plenty of drinks, aeroguard a couple of fold up chairs and an air matress.. Oh and if your fishing dont put the bait in the beer esky like somebody did on the last camping trip i went on..

Well i already have a sleeping bag and she does too so thats all sweet. I also have a double air mattrese and just bought a tent today also, And i also have a lantern, camping chair's and going to buy some bushman mozzie stuff or similar from woolies soon. Thanks guys

I always go camping/enduro riding up past Omeo in Glen Valley, so many old mining tracks and even discovered a back entrance into Falls Creek. There's fresh water, plenty of firewood, plenty of food if hunting/fishing is ur thing and plenty of space so you never have to put up with others. Though this year I went to canoing near tyers national park. 3 day trip down the big lake then camped on the beach, crab and fish for dinner most nights + plenty of brbn haha.

Well i'll tell her she can go and pay for her own cabin, there is no way im paying

And yes i did say i know it's not everyone's idea of camping and it is only somewhere to sleep but iv'e never done this before and there's no way i'd go camping in a big national park with no expeirence.
