First time Turboing VL

I’m pretty new to all of this and would just like to know what parts I will need to buy to turbo my VL and also any other advice would be appreciated. looking to spend around 8-10k. I have a stock s1 rb30 and have been trying to find a s2 rb30. Don’t really know where to start help would be appreciated.
