How hard would it be to fit a climate control module to a vy exec series 2 with non climate control?

plug n play?

Keep searching mate. A lot of threads on here finish with "don't bother its too hard" but I know for a fact that there's a thread on here with a guy who knows how to do it. Just don't remember the thread. Keep searching and you'll find it.

The op asks how hard is it. The answer is very hard, time consuming and expensive. It certainly can be done. It is a 'dash out' procedure - you need to degas the ac, remove most of the dash and swap over not a short list of components. Not really plug and play. Need the bcm swapped over, vacuum solenoids to switch all the flaps, light sensor, temp sensors and heater box change over, then there is the control unit and associated dash pieces that are different.

Sometimes when people ask this question they hope you can swap over the control panel and drive away.

Simple answer yes its possible, do you want to do it on a VZ? No ... Bear in mind these are based on people wanting to do it to lower end models such as Exec, SV6 etc, but the idea is the same .. if you currently have 3 round knobs for your AC and want to change it to the cool LCD digital panel on any VZ, then everything below is relevant
