Could you please explain that more? Buy a supercharged engine and changeover the superchargers? I don't see the point.

Also out of curiosty how do the Raptor SC kits for the V6 Ecotec (Stage 1) fit on the car with no engine work needed or recommended? Will this just wear the engine out quicker?

Additionally, could the SC be run on the stock (or slightly modifiied) ecotec with only a small amount of boost?

How much can the engine take without causing damage?

in personal opinion.. id just wack a sc14 on it.. alot easy.. you can plumb it straight into a cooler etc

iv got a mate with a vr.. running 7psi into a stock motor with a cooler.. 5 speed manual with a spool and it smokes 3rd no probs.. would blitz my factory l67 running 10psi..

Alright well since the general consensus is to not bother with this I figure I might leave my VT less modified and keep the supercharger and gradually build myself an engine up. Seems like a good project for me and the old man.

Will start a new post for this (after searching :) )
