Fitting engine start alarm to a VT

I am going to install an engine start alarm to my VT but am not sure if i it can be done due to the special security immobiliser these commodores are supposed to have, has anyone done this to their car??

Im just thinking i dont want to start installing it to find it wont start the car without the key being used.

pls help :b:

it's a mess...honestly if you really want the remote start then get a professional to do it. That way, you can't **** it up and have a car that won't start full stop.

i have installed plenty of alarms in different cars , but none had the fancy security key, so i know a lot but just this one has me wondering

more help needed
