Luckily I only have the engine then. Quick question though, there is a VR V8 Stato up for wrecking - I assume most parts off that will suit? The wiring won't come with it but I can source that elsewhere I think. It's an auto though so there will be some things I need to find afterwards.

I'd offer your VT engine as part swap for the VR V8, and like you say source an engine loom from this era too.
