have just thrown some new brake pads in my vt calipers with new rotors also. but they seem fairly tight. doesnt seem like there is much clearance with the new disc's and pads. is this normal? anyone else come across this before?

i havent taken it for a spin but i can garentee that they will get hot quickly, until the wear in i guess...........

    cheers

There shouldn't be much clearance, not visible anyway. So long as the wheel spins freely with the brake off.

ya that i know. thats the issue its not spinning freely. even with the disc's off the car and the calies off also with the new pads and disc's i have to force the pads over the disc.....
