I've heard there is a way to make rims with one type of offset fit onto something that requires a larger offset. Basically, just wondering if this is true, and how it would be done? I might be able to get some cheap 17"s that were on a Falcon FG, hoping to put them on my VT.

The possibility of a stupid question lingers, but meh.... any wisdom on the situation? Thanks.

I'd keep an eye out for holden rims 5x120 with +45 offset for a VT from memory, However you could look at Hubcentric spacers, But a proper set will set you back a few hundred,
