A question for the tuners here . What are the pros and cons of disabling flex fuel on a maffles tuned l77 ?

Pros: Nothing, only marginally better than stock
Cons: Can't use flex fuel, missed opportunity to experience the potential using ethanol
Assuming you wouldn't go MAFless without CAI or extractors / cats, a full custom tune gives you the opportunity to also maximise running on high octane. Tuning for petrol will never be as powerful as tuning for e85, so ignoring the aspects of flex fuel in the tune is sort of pointless when you can hoon around on e85, if and when that ever comes available on your travels.
