This seems to be a problem that has occurred only in the last 6 months and it is annoying me. Whenever i charge my phone i get major interference with FM stations, it does not effect AM band. It is not static, it is more like what you experience when you are getting out of range of a station. As soon as i unplug the phone or the charger the radio reception is clear. Can anyone help me?

Oh, one thing, this seems to have coincided with my antenna failing to go up and down any more but FM still works fine with the antenna down as long as I am not charging my phone.

YV II Acclaim, non daily.
I would be more suspect of a crap quality charger with noisy voltage regulation, the world is full of rubbish, cheap "one hung low" electronics these days.
