Hi all, just wondering i wanting to put foggys on my car and i was wondering if all the harness is there or will i need to run it?

Also i want to know if there is a chip or what to get 190 out of a 175, how do you go about it.

    Thanks.

No, the harness is not there.

No, you can't change the chip as there is also mechanical differences.

Exhaust, air intake and edit. Diff gears will also help.

as troy said, thats about as far as it goes, unless you start going into forced induction (which is out for you) or have a company do custom work which costs big $$$

The alloytec doesn't have a chip it and the only way to get power from the computer is to have it tuned which is not cheap.
Not all 6 exhausts sound crap but I havnt heard many alloytec exhausts before.

i have a VZ exec can you put the foggys on the exec bar? is it just a matter of changing the plastic inserts? or do you have to get a S or SS front bar? wiring doesn't worry me as i'm a sparky :D

The berlina looks like it has the same front bar as the exec but with foggys, does anyone know if they will insert straight into the exec bumper?

    cheers ashbox for your response

Heres a pic of the Berlina front bar

no the berlina bar is differen't, the foglight section on the berlina is bigger than on the exec and has more of a lip to it.

the SVZ or Berlina bar are the best bars to suit an exec because they flow into the standard sid skirts.

To check if the car can have foggies just pop up the fuse box cover under the bonnet and look for the location of the "fog light" relay. If it has pins in the location where the relay would go then the wiring is all there.

Problem with the VZ is pulling the dash apart wont tell you as the fog light switch is integrated with the headlight switch, so it uses the same wiring (so I'm told) opposed to VT/VX where it'd have a second plug running there.
