    hey guys, some guy is said he had a LSD for my ute,

    its out of a e series ghia, will the guts of the LSD fit in my 97 vs ute diff?

    appaerntly he says "you can" and mate says "f**k off" when i told him about it!

    need tooo know asap!

    If its Borg warner 28 spline yup it will fit.

    i asked him if it were a Borg warner 28 spline.

    and he said. its called a 70 series borg warner, heaps of cars that era ran those diffs and still some new cars being built today!

    yea, well its $150 and it was in my area, and since i dont really know anything i'd ask here first before going through..

    so if its a 28 spline, its alright?

    If it's a 28 spline centre, it will fit fine. The same VR - VS Commodore LSD centres were used in E series Falcons.

    You can also use some chryslers and R31 skyline diffs. If you went skyline though i'd put your rear calipers on it the ratcheting handbrake system on them is a pos.
