Just need to cut the pod a bit so it sits further in. Easy as, you will see when you try to fit the 6.5 in there

I didnt need to cut the pod for my Alpine 6.5s, just had to drill new holes.

Yeah same here, just needed to drill a few more holes to fit my pioneer 6.5's in.
