   Just wondering how to get front speakers working for a 2003 vy ex police car. Do they cut the front speaker wires or un hook it at the speaker???

   id say they might be blown, but if they disconnect them it would be just at the plug they'd pull it off the speaker, but id say there blown, mine were working when i bought mine and its an ex cop car.
