Hey fellas,
Just wondering if anyone knows where to start looking.
The front left wheel on my VL hits the lip of the quarter panel when turning reasonably sharp to the right, like going around a round about. Has dinted the guard a bit.
Everything looks the same as the right hand side which doesn’t do it.
I haven’t had the car that long and it’s not super low or anything.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Cheers

Two things you can do.
1 Take it to a steering specialist, or, if you don't want to start spending money
2 Get the car on level concrete (garage or shopping centre) and do some measuring of the good side and the bad side with a tape/level/straight edge

Would wager that your z-bar bushes are cactus on one side or you might have different sized tyres side to side.

Thanks mate. Tyres are the same, 205’s. I’ll check all the bushes.

If it hits at the rear area of the guard, I'd be looking there....Otherwise I'd be looking looking at the lower control arm bushes
