I had a couple of broken buttons on my climate control unit and I got a whole new unit so now I have a whole working unit with just 2 broken buttons.
You can still press the missing buttons by pushing something down the hole like a thin pen or screwdriver, but I used the unit for months without ever to have to press those buttons.
