    Wondering where the fuel filterlives in a vev ls2 calais

    Has the Calais had an engine transplant? They didn't come factory with an LS2.

    No transplant.
    My dad just bought the car as is. what is the motor if its not an LS2. Its 6l

    Its the L98 mate, the ls2 was used in HSV's

    Ok, back to the question. where would one find the fuel filter in this car etc

    lift up the back seat base and there should be a port there you can lift the cover off and remove the pump assembly

    so it sounds like its in tank then.
