fuel leaking from inside tube along petrol filler spout

Hi guys sorry noob question
( searched forum 1st)
yer replaced fuelpump on me VT
and after 5mins of driving the car starts to stall on stopping at lights
Then about 2mins of driving it start GUSHING out of that tube with the White plastic bit in it that
runs along the filler spout of the tank (where earth wire is)
i've had a look at my Mates commo and my bosses calias theirs are in same possy as mine (roughly)

anyone know
i placed it above filler spout level, it blo the vacum tube under throttle body.

Underneath spout level it gushes out

ANY help or links to solution would be GREAT

holden service manual (pg.304) say that the tube comes from the carbon cannister which has three tube into box and one out (where is gushing from)
but NO othrer info about this carbon cannister and its pupose
ANYONE KNOW

Did U remove the tank? U will have the breather hose on the top of the tank in the wrong position, which is sending fuel down it to the cabin canister. Drop the tank and swap nozzles.

The cabin canister filters the vapours before allowing it back to the tank. Its part of the breather system

Yer vt so i had too remove whole tank,
Tank dropped on me so i couldn't see tube placement


Tnx rusty will def cleanout B4 i put it all back into position

Thanks Guys it ended up being the tank vent and return lines where wrong way around
