fuel prices...WTF?

You guys shouldn't complain. 95Ron fuel was $2.18 when I filled up yesterday and we don't get these fuel price cycles either, it's always expensive....

It's around $2.36nzd for BP98

did it have anything to do with some place near Uluru? cant think of the name of it though.
apparently there is a servo out there, and to go to some park area its pretty much a full tank round trip.

No, imagine what they would charge if you did purchase it in those kind of quantities for automotive use.

Do the wages/prices of other things (groceries etc) accomodate to suit? Also, i thought the NZD was always higher than the AUSD anyway?

BP and shell were around $1.44

price of fuel will get to $2 a litre. just remember it when its this price, it will be bittersweet.

Wages in NZ crap when compared to Aussie which is why so many Kiwis move to Aus. The Aussie dollar is worth about 20 cents more than the Kiwi i think though the Kiwi is about on par with the Yanky dollar now.
