Fuel pump replacement

[V6transit]

I have a Transit with 3.8 litre V6 which I believe is VR generation and has an inline fuel pump that I want to replace.
I have seen a couple recomendations with a 125litre/hour pump but find some "universals" offering 152 litres/hour.
Open to suggestions on what is best to replace it with. Also what I need to be aware of before removing and replacing.

Best go with what the factory units are and look for a reputable brand replacement.

Post up some pics as I don't recall the buck in transits, and also the current pump setup
