fuel pump

    hi we changed the fuel pump in my gf's mums car and when we finished we had a blue clip left over and when turning right the car would playup and sometimes stall. so i took my car over and we droped the fuel tank to see where the clip went thinking it caused the promlem. put the clip back and put both car back together. my gf's mums car played up still untill she put half a tank of petrol in. and today mine played up when i turned right. anyone have a clue what it might be?

    So when you say "play up" you mean misses or what exactly? Do you lose power?

    Not really miss but splutters as if it is running out of petrol. But picks up again. Or stalls

    U forgot to attach the hose intank which is connected to the swirlpot.

    But we only dropped the tank in mine and it's doing it to?
