hey guys, its time again that I have to pull the tank out again for the (2nd time)

Anyway I put a 2nd hand sender/pump, and its not even reading any drop of fuel. Is there a difference between s1 and s2 pumps/senders?

Also the earth wire connected to the strap from the fuel tank is screwd though I think I fixed it. Could a earth wire have something to do with it?

Im just trying to figure it all out before I pull the tank out again.

    thanks

S1 you can separate them, S2 you can't..

They say VY doesn't have these issues anymore, So maybe find out if you can replace the whole tank pump sender with a VY one??.

I think the sender works on a NEG - circuit so that could be a problem

When you fit the new one, get your Holden dealer to re-calibrate the sender unit via Tech 2.
