Hi all my VL coughs and splutters going up steep hills and shows every indication of running out of fuel. Low fuel would be the obvious answer except when I filled the tank it only took 14 litres on board. There has been other occasions where it will not start unless More fuel is added. It would seem it only runs when it is a full tank or near full. So far it has had a new external fuel pump and filter replaced as well as all breather hoses renewed.
Any ideas?
