FWD Commodore after 2016 and no V8

If holden lasts past 2016, it 100% will not last past 2022, when the govt deals run out.

Indeed, the VF does smack of 380-ness, as does the Cruze. Both are being poorly marketed. Only VF ad I have seen is on Facebook. Holden doesn't even market the Cruze on social media.

Importing cars here at AUD=95 US cents is very profitable. But I wonder what happens if the dollar goes back to 60c? Price of new cars would slowly grow by 50% or so......with no local alternatives shielded from the price rise.....

If they do discontinue the RWD Commodore it wouldn't surprise if they still try making a V8...

This is a 2005 Chev Impala SS. FWD LS1. Don't ask why because I don't know. Fat bastard inside is me preparing to tune the stereo we installed in Alaska.

And I have friends that own those cars and had tons of drama with the drivetrain.

As someone that I know said... FWD is work of the Devil.
