gear box brackets replaceing

hi i have just had the gearbox rebuilt and replaced it lost all drive it was replaced without the 2steal braces are they necasary or can they be left out thanks

They can be left off for a short period of testing but I would recommend fitting them as they are there for a reason.
The series 2 VR V6 uses the same trans but had no brackets used.
