Gear box? ...Transmission... DIFF?

Ey peeps was driving last night and went to accelerate, all of a sudden hear this explosion type noise = loss of power, no reverse or drive.... had to get it towed back to my joint , engine starts up fine but can hear a Klunking noise.... any thoughts of wat it possibly could be?

trans pump in the gearbox has **** its self. It happened to me.

how much was it to get fixed, or u fixed it urself?

I got it for nothing, but its a pricey job, gearbox has to come out and be opened.

Auto-just got quote for 1700 3 yr warranty? wat u reakon for Reco gear box...
