does the wiring loom from the auto disconnect from the engine harness or is it joined as 1 piece from the engine loom? just curious for my gemini conversion. the lady at the wreckers told me it is part of the engine harness, but there aint anything on my engine harness that goes all the way to the gearbox, theres just a plug for it.
There is a plug that separates it just near where it goes thru the floor. I might still have one somewhere. Reaper
On a vn/p there is a hole and grommett through the trans tunnel and separate multi pin plug (looks a bit like a front door harness connector)for the gearbox stuff..on vr/s the gearbox wiring goes out with the other engine wiring harness into the engine bay from the pcm/ecu and runs down the bell housing to feed the trans stuff.
