check all the vacumn hoses around the throttle body.
the purge hose is common. might have knocked it off or not put on properly...

All hoses are on, im thinking it's the throttle body it might need cleaning inside, but im no mechanic, what do you think?

The throttle body wouldn't cause a hissing noise because it was dirty...

Either you have a leak in a hose, your intake is functioning very well and making the sound, or your airbox lid is loose.
