Genuine spark plugs

Quick question people. If buying genuine GM spark plugs does one need to correctly gap them before installing them or are they correctly pre-gapped?

Correct AC Delco make spark plugs for GM. So a genuine GM, AC Delco made spark plug such as these Genuine Commodore VT VX VY VZ VE LS1 LS2 V8 Spark Plugs X8 GM | eBay Would or wouldn't need gapping?

Wouldn't need gapping.

Since the LS1 must use platinums or somethingorother ums... they are all require preset at time of manufacture as if you attempt to gap, you may crack the coating, thereby shortening the life span of the plug.

They should be pre gapped but that doesn't say whether the klutz at holden haven't dropped them and closed the gap. Best to always check the gap prior to fitting.

Yeah wouldn't hurt to check them but i have never come across a plug that hasn't been the right gap out of the box.

Seen plenty of them at work, had 2 in one day on different cars, sucks when you have to redo the work to find that a plug has zero gap lol
