   i have a very nice spec'd up vz exec with 56k on the clock but want more grunt, thinking of selling vz or swap deal for a vx _vy v8, my question is there any known faults or issues with these motors that i need to check out other than the usual checks, thanks for any advice.

   look for it burning oil and for excessive lifter noise. Also check for sagging engine mounts and cracks in the struts.
