get V6 running without fuel pump?

Is it possible to get a Buick v6 running by squirting fuel into the TB with a sauce bottle? My bro reckons it is possible. However I can not see how it would run on six cyls and if it could even get inside the manifold and down into the combustion chamber with the early V6 set up.
The other thing I think is the butterfly would need to be half throttle to even get fuel past it?

Open throttle splash in a few tablespoons of petrol then close it and crank it she will fire

i had an issue with my LS2 the injectors would open 100% and flood during cranking and there was enough fuel in there that i could unplug all injectors and crank again and it would fire and run for bout 15 sec on what fuel was in the ports/cyl
