Rub back with1500 grit wet and dry using plenty of water with a bit of dishwashing detergent to lubricate .sand until surface is smooth , keep checking as you sand and use plenty of water

I normally start with 800, then 1200 then 2000 then 3000 with lots of water. You can get away with going up to 2000 but 3000 means buffing is quick. Also it will depend on the paint you use. If 2 pac that is ok, but if using acrylic it's best to let it harden for 5 - 6 weeks then buff. The wet rubbing can be done sooner. Some online tutorials say it's better to buff 1-2 day old acrylic. I tried this and got swirl marks the first time. Last time I left it for 8 weeks and it came up beautiful.

Thanks for the help
So when I sand it down get it smooth again do I apply clear coat again or just leave it? Like what steps do I do to get the perfect reflection finish?

Depends how good you were at applying the clear. If it has no orange peel at all then you might be ok. But it takes some skill to apply it nice and wet and not get runs. If you have a thin coat with orange peel it will need more clear. If you have a thick coat you might be ok to rub it down enough ready for the buff. Hard to say without looking at your work.

I’ll take another pic tomorrow when it’s daylight but that was before I buffed it but doesn’t look much different
