Im looking to get some new wheels for my omega. It's 2010 and white...I really want some black/charcoal wheels. Don't really want to spend like over 800. I reckon some VE SSV wheels would look awesome but only if I can get them for around $800 2nd hand...

Not sure if I am better off looking for some cheap ssv's or looking at different brand wheels from stores such as bob jane where i can try find a set on sale?

800 bucks will get you something average...if it's including tread it will most likely be very very average, what size rims are you after, SSV's are 19's.

Do 21's even exist?, I"ve never heard anyone ever mention 21's.

    agreed 19's or 20's on a VE.

...Just shop around for a while, don't rush into it, if you keep an eye out for long enough...and save up...maybe get some better ones than ur looking at now, you have an omega though so I would buy an SS kit if ur gonna go hard at exterior looks
