ive just signed up and have been here before but not for some time
just bought a 86 vl exe 1 owner 163 thou straight as apart from the nosecone minor rust back window

I have a problem with the fuel pickup and am after another one if anyone can help.
the car carries on once the fuel gets below 3/4 tank.
Plans are
1 wheels
2 group a bar or lip spoiler
3 fit group a wing
4 hyundai mirrors
5 colour code everything
6 cruize the tits off the thing
7 5 speed conversion

u will find its the rubber hose between the inertia pump and steel line.. they get brittle and crack.. once your fuel gets lower your sucking in air hence car running crap. so pull the pumps and replace the rubber joiner between pump and steel line
