Have you checked the wiring? Diagnostics?

You will have a new car soon, all you need now is 02 sensors, dfi, coils, plugs and leads, maf fuel pressure regulator. If that fails bcm and ecu. Check your dfi wire harness and earth leads battery terminals, clean and check fuse box and relays.

Get the plug checked that goes into the DFI plate. Others had the same issue on and off for weeks. Replaced Crank sensor, DFI plate, coils and that didn't help. Read somewhere that the plug can sometimes have a pin which is corroded or slightly bent. Lo and behold when they checked It they found it had a slightly bent pin(very hard to notice). push the pin out and replaced it they haven't had a problem since :) Best to get and auto electrician to do it.

What kind of spark plugs are in it? Did you up the boost at all?

When you say cutting in and out do you mean like it's missing or turning on and off completely?

Alternator not over charging is it? Checked your DFI plug yet? Maybe a crook CAS not the first time a new one failed. Have you checked your injectors for constant power and ohms to see all within range with each other? Any Christmas light at night time from plug leads? Are your coils good?

What gaps you running? SC needs high voltage coils or smaller gaps than an Eco.

If the gaps are incorrect don't try and regap them now they have been used in the engine, grab a new set of plugs. Gapping used plugs is fraught with danger, the ground straps can snap and destroy a piston.
