Had my rsv since April it's a bloody good car traded a sv6 black edition.rsv handles and drives better than the vf. I find that most people ragging the zb haven't driven one also take into account this is what holden would now be building if people had supported holden and we didn't have a hostile government.only thing wrong with the zb is it's not built in aus.

yes.. it is a good car ( I have driven lots, all models 'cept the Calais Tourer)
but
Holden should NEVER have called it Commodore
it aint, has no Commodore DNA (impossible that with FWD)
never will be a Commodore. Certainly does not handle like one

It would not have mattered if it was built here, USA UK.. or Germany
if they called it Commodore, it would be a dog in the Oz new car market

Ford did the right thing with the Falcon... pity Holden didn't

well... there in lies the main problem with ZB
One cannot see them.... nothing to do with choice

too much like the Mazda and Toyota offerings
put them all side to side, remove their badges and
good luck with picking which is which.

Love that SA police have them as every ZB I've seen in Adelaide is a cop car(so easy to spot the undercovers) apart from neighbour who works at holden.

BTW saw a ZB wagon this morning..........................yes you guessed it...................another cop car.

Thumbs up to you from me bloke, your opinion seems genuine regarding all said. Id like to test 1 someday but not looking to sell my ride so just happy lookin. Nice shape l must say l saw a calais and l liked it.

As Long as ole mate changes cars before the ash tray is full he'll be able to go along like any nob the buys new BMW's and tell the world what good cars they are. How does a bloke thats driven a brand new car for 18 months and got rid of it say its a a good car really what does he know about reliability ?

Came across another ZB cop car yesterday and right behind it was the older model cop car. The new model definitely has a sleeker line but IMHO it's less muscular. Also, considering it's really a medium sized car on the inside, externally it looks just as big as the older model Commodore from a side perspective...

Nail on the head the Immortality, old Commodores were a mans car, unlike the new model. Just doesn't look like a mans car, maybe old man??
