i've got an irs vr lsd diff and some 3.9's, can anyone suggest what a good price would be to get them put into a live axle housing?
i'll probably take the lsd centre out of the diff before i bring the lot in, to save on labour.
i'm just asking because i read another in thread about how heaps of places are putting prices up for stuff because of the krudd 900, I figured diff shops might be the same.

also how longs it take, is it a drive in drive out deal?

I'd have to say $300, too.

They're all Borg Warner diffs with 28 spline axles. I see no reason why they shouldn't have interchangable centres. Sure, the diff housings aren't interchangable. But the guts should be the same. It shouldn't make a difference, but is it a viscous or clutch type LSD?
