Is the green ring around the lighter supposed to light up? The bulb and lighter work but the ring doesn' t illuminate....

So long as the glow from the bulb makes the green ring glow a little that's it.
No repairs needed there.

nope light is so you can see the socket at light after lighting your gig....not 100% sure but the stato/caprice may have had a glow ring...and you can always fit an after market one or one from a euro trash model
