Yea, they are and there was a note saying to make sure you have the correct size eg hsv ,and my fault I thought of course mines an hsv and so are both sets of wheels ,not remembering that the ve/vfs have smaller centers

I think the blue ones would look good on yours
So here's some more information
Overall outside diameter of badges is 63 mm
Just had a sqizze at my original hsv 16x7 wheels and internal diameter at outside of wheel where badges clip into is 60 mm and clips of badge is a neat slide in fit so nead to be glued in.
My v2 monaro wheels are also hsv 18x8 and internal diameter is 56 mm and badges clip in, nothing more to do ( maybe I should just put them on it)
So I tried getting a badge off the new rims and it was moving but I only managed to peal the badge itself off the badge base.
I looked at the new badges and it's the same, so you could peal the badge face off the base and possibly glue them on the bases that suite your wheels
I recon that's what I'll do with mine

Well today turned out to be a beautiful day , so even though there were lots of other things that I was ment to be doing I couldn't help myself and fitted the center caps.
Only the one from last night separated, thought I'd damage the wheels or badges if I tried to hard to separate them so off with the wheels.
This presented an issue which I thought would happen when I was fitting the wheels.
I've always used a screwdriver and rag to remove the plastic wheel nut covers, but because with these wheels they sit in further they weren't going to come off without damaging wheels.
Had some 40 thou staino sheet lying around so cut a strip and made up this little tool.

Put a bit of plasidip paint on it and I should have done this years ago !!! Makes removing nut covers so easy
Cleaned up the wheelnut covers and painted them silver.
Siliconed the center caps in and all good so far , did a bit of running around this afternoon and they're still there.
Picked up 4 more wheel nut covers from the local wreckers, need to modify them to fit over lock nuts and paint them silver and another thing ticked off the list.

I finally have mostly repaired my grill. I can now use it again and it's back on the ute. The hsv grill bolts to the radiator support at the top and has 4 locating pins that sit into 4 holes in the bumper.
These pins had broken off and grill vibrated like mad.

So I'm a bit ashamed of the state I've let the bumper get to ,what with stone chips and damage and it mite not get done until next year but I need to repair it and then get it repainted.
On the positive side new headlight covers look good, I think.

Also bonnet was looking cloudy and flat and after a couple of attempts at polishing it , noticed little specs of I don't know what on bonnet, roof and tourno.
So bought a clay bar kit, had also bought a DAS6 polisher kit which turned up and some mothers naturally black. Who said clay bars don't work!

So have only done the bonnet, gaurds, doors, roof and sail plane so far,but I think it's come up really well especially gaurds, bonnet and roof. Polisher was really easy to use just took my time after watching videos on how to use on car care products site.
Mothers naturally black also brought the trims up really nice.

Thanks, trust me but it's not perfect , ( photos only taken with phone), lots of little marks/chips in doors and quite a few in bonnet , they're not through to the undercoat but are steps to allow polish to get caught in and highlight . The disappointment is with the ones in the bonnet considering I have that bonnet protector strip on ( see thumbnail photos at start of thread) . I don't really like the look of it but put it on to protect the bonnet which literally did not have a mark on it when I bought ute.
Was going to wrap bumper and bonnet in that clear vinyl protector wrap as soon as I bought the ute but didn't even make it home from buying it and had 2 of the big stone chips in LH side of bumper beside grill . So decided to wait some time or until it got worse, which it certainly has!
The challenge will be once I get bumper repaired and painted to not get any damage while paint settles (can not wrap straight away) . I am definitely interested in trying this out to how it goes.
Definitely want to polish the rest of the ute, try to see what sort of/how bad damage you can remove, as you'd expect top of tray where tourno wraps over has lots of scratches/flat, so see how I go.
I'm starting to make it sound crap which its not but it is a 20 year old ute , get comments that it looks good by people seeing it in the flesh, (as owners we're more critical).
The next issue I recon is going to be the instrument cluster which has the middle liquid crystal readout starting to fail (some of the segments disappearing, and it's got worse in just the few weeks since I first noticed it)
I know there's at lest a couple of places on ebay that advertise that they repair/replace the liquid crystal displays. Just a matter of having money and a time to not have ute on the road .
I'm making it sound like I'm not happy with it or that it's not reliable ,which is certainly not the case on either point, in fact I read some of the problems/issues people have and I think I'm extremely lucky!

Talking with one of my friends yesterday arvo as we're leaving work, he's got a VX SS just put a set of 20" wheels on it, anyway know he really likes VS SSs but can't get change past the missus.
Anyway he's looking at my wheels and saying how the silver looks great against the green and he walks off saying how I'm making him want to buy a maloo ha ha ha. He won't be able to as he's about to start building a house, so he'll just have to keep looking at mine!
