i have installed a few mods
    -extractors
    -cai
    -k&n filter
    -2.5inch cat back
will this tune work well with my car

also my engine is from a vp so it has no cam angle sensor will this have any affect on my car or could i get it tuned to not rely on the cam angle sensor.
    thanks alot

greenfoam custom makes memcals to suit your application, so yes it will work. you'll notice quite a difference with those mods you've listed providing you are still running the stock ecu at the moment

OK.. I have a question. I have a greenfoam tune for my VR 5L on the way in the mail now, and I wonder what needs done in order to swap it with my current one?

Nice wheels btw levymetal, they do look good on VNs ;)

You dont know how to put in another memcal? Just take the passenger side kick pannel off and find the ECU, unplug the connectors and unscrew it from the car, take the lid off and pop out the memcal by pressing the clips like a stick of ram. Insert the same way.

Yay!! Thanks Mack, I'd never taken one out before :s

I was really hoping there was no soldering involved or even worse, foamy's guide to memcal sockets or whatever that was.

Looking forward to getting it even more now :)

Yeah me too, UNLESS as some people suspect it turns out that my 5L has a cam in it, then it won't run too well.

I don't think it does, just the exhaust headers make it sound a bit lumpier than usual. We shall see :)

I'm definitely looking forward to it!
