The guy was very unhelpful. Said hes had the guard rolled but said doesnt know how much space between wheel and guard, he said maybe 10mm.

Sooo. If there was 10mm between guard and tyre. Then 30P would be close. But thas just going off some tards say so.

Also, I like these more than the Rohana RC10s.

The way the spokes go all the way to the edge, makes them look bigger whereas the RC10s look small because theres a gap between the spoke and the lip.

The drifts on a black car:

I dont like them. To much chrome and dicky bits. I feel like hak, in a wheel store.

I really like the fitment on the ute but if your flush with big rubber you'll probably have to be the ride height of the white G8 so you don't rub

I've never understood putting a 10" wide rear to then put narrow tyres :s

you'll hate what I plan to do with my car. However I won't be posting it

Thats 10" 255s.

The guy who owns that, sold the wheels to that ute. So theyre 255s on 30P with 10" Front and Back.

So this is what I can gather from my measurements and research.

35P with 275s will fit, with a guard roll - may still scrub with passengers - will need to stiffen the coils. Gives the tyre a flush look.

30P with 255s will fit, with a guard roll - Rims sit flush - from what ive been told by the guy who owns the ute and the above, theres about 10mm if that between the guard and the tyre - I can always look at a couple of mm spacer. The other issue I have is I dont think they come in a 30P.

Thats 8.5" 35P Front 10" rear 35P with a 275. So I think Ill be able to roll the guards, dial in a small amount of camber and be able to lower the car round them and achieve a nice flush fitment.

Ive done my pricing.

2200 for the Vetini Drifts. I know they do a 35P. Extra 600ish for paint on all 4 corners.

2450 for the TSW Tremblants (previous page - deep dish mesh type design). From what The Wheel Deal has told me, only 25 or 35P offsets.

This is what the Wheel Deal sent me today (im working hard).

This is 8.5 35P Front 10 Rear 35P with a 275.

It looks fairly flush. Roll the guards, lower it and maybe dial in a little bit of camber. Im pretty sold on those specs. The Vertini dont have a very good offset for the 8.5"

My only issue is, they are Ex USA, noone stocks them here from what I can find and they arent on their website and are a special order. Issue is, id like to see them in the flesh.

The rear fitment looks perfect!!! 8.5 35P is what front HSV spec are tho a 9 35P would be better or a 8.5 25P IMO. Devo they'll have to be outta the states cos the freight might kill it
