hey guys was gonna take the spoiler off my car so im gonna put some grommets as temporary until i decide if i like it enough to get the holes filled and sprayed. does any1 know where to get grommets and how much they roughly cost? also r they easy to put on? im guessing it would be a simple job.
also is there any panel beaters out there that could give me an estimate on how much it would cost to get the holes sealed up and painted. i got quoted $500 by one place sounded a bit steep..... thanx

$500 sounds about right, you'd need the holes filled, sanded and then the whole boot resprayed. Save yourself some money and spend a weekend sanding it!

i did a similar fill in job to my VS, check it out in the my ride section

instead of the rubber grommets i used the christmas tree plugs, the plugs that hold the upholestry up.

like stated above they are available from any automotive store

hey mate, i just put a calais rear garnish into my vt and its easy to remove.
there are 4 black clips with screws in them which are hidden under the metal of the boot frame but there are access holes for a screw driver (sit in your boot and you will see them. there are also 2 screws near the reverse lighting harness i think they are gold, then u will need to unplug the reverse lights and reverse lights can get photos up if you get stuck but u should be rite
