Hi any help with hand brake sticking on, I've just replaced all brake pads and now seem to have problems with handbrake sticking Info light comes on and I can feel it starting to stick after driving a short distance. Am I right in thinking it's the handbrake shoes

Perhaps it's both. They shoes/cable needs adjusting ever so slightly so they are more free when off, and the constant slight rubbing is becoming apparent as it heats up from driving. Like the brake pads they rub anyway, but not enough to start to bite. The handbrake light shouldn't come on unless the handbrake is starting to be applied, a fair way from completely off. But it also comes on when there's any other brake issue. Start with what you know.

There is a known issue with the VT handbrake shoes. Holden sorted this with a spring. It is sounding like this might be the problem.
