Nope wont fit.
Matt

Why not? .. are there bolt holes that won't line up?

Neather stock inlet manifold will fit I'm guessing.. so custom fabricated inlet manifold would be the go?

Ah and cam is different lobe order, as some valves are in different order inlet , ex, etc

They will fit, just a shed-load of mucking around.
- You would have to build the engine to suit, otherwise you would have serious clearance issues.
- Custom inlet, as the eco has a shorter deck height.
- and a few other things, but it is said that it can be, and has been done.

^^^^ didn't say it wouldn't. not to mention the eco block is supposed to be stronger anyway.
Some people like to be different.

Im chasing alloy heads for my seriesII atm. They all seem to be for the ecotec, so I may have to use them.
