Having battery and electrical problems

Hey guys just having some issues with my vy ss, the other day i did a long drive(about 2 hours) near the end my abs light came on and my aircon started fading, after i got home i tried to restart the car but the battery was dead, jumped it and it ran fine for a couple short trips, got a new battery, the new battery worked okay for a fair few short trips but the other day i drove it for about an hour again and getting near home it threw up the abs light, srs airbag, radio turned off and lights faded till they pretty much didnt work, Jumped it this morning to get to work and its back to normal, and started again without jumping it fine afterwards, has anyone had this before or can anyone tell me what might be wrong with it?
